Avatars
Avatars are small images that you use to represent yourself online. We do not allow offensive avatars, which is includes but not limited to any avatars of a sexual nature, abusive, sexually suggestive, obscene, racial, sexist or other objectionable material. Please consider other Forum users when choosing your avatar. Avatars cannot be more than 19.5kb – if exceeding this file size we will have to remove it.
User Names
We recommend the use of user names rather than use your actual name to help protect your privacy. We do not accept business names or other blatant forms of self publicity or advertising. Think carefully about your username, it must be unique and once chosen cannot be changed.
We do ask that members wishing to contribute to the forum register. Failure to provide correct information on registration will be viewed as a breach of our terms and conditions.
Any information being passed by private message between members can be viewed and disclosed to administrators untrammeled by any legal concerns regarding privacy. Private messages should not be posted in public locations without the consent of the other parties. If you receive any messages that you feel are inappropriate please send a message to the administrator detailing your complaint.
