Dear all,

I have confusion regarding PR in newzealand.As i am software engineer and working since 3 years in Karachi,Pakistan.So now i want to apply for newzealand immegration.I asked from consultant for the process so he said you need to job offer from newzealand employer.So i want to conform it is manadotry for skilled migrant category that they need offer from newzealand employer,Without i cann't lodge my application?
